EXPLANATION TEXT ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

Kilinc Law and Consultancy; In order to protect the personal data of its clients, business partners and other third parties with whom it has relations, this information text on the protection of personal data in the capacity of data controller (“Clarification Text”) is presented to your attention in order to inform you.


This Clarification Text, within the framework of Article 10 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“KVKK”), following the lawsuit and legal process, preparing a legal report and submitting proposals for other legal services, establishing a consultancy contract and/or Your personal data (any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person such as your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address) submitted and/or collected within the scope of the performance of the consultancy contract, the execution of the recruitment processes (“Personal Data(s)”) As “Data Controller” of Kılınç Hukuk ve Danışmanlık, regarding the processing and your rights regarding them; It has been prepared in order to ensure the fulfillment of the lighting obligation. Kılınç Law and Consulting has the title of data controller within the scope of KVKK in terms of processing Personal Data. Personal Data can be processed and stored by Kılınç Hukuk ve Danışmanlık in accordance with the KVKK and the legislation on the protection of personal data.


Purposes of Processing Personal Data

Registration of the identity, address, tax number and other information required for the identification of the owners and interlocutors of all kinds of business and transactions, and their arrangement on paper or electronically,
Providing information to the Authorized Court, Enforcement Office, institutions and/or organizations,
Evaluation of candidates in recruitment processes
Giving information about developments in the legal world and legal legislation updates,
for processing purposes.
